第二部となる『劇場版 BUCK-TICK バクチク現象 - New World - Ⅱ』は、2023年4月にリリースしたアルバム『異空 -IZORA-』のツアーリハーサルの模様から。アルバム『異空 -IZORA-』を携えた全国ツアー開始時は、マスク着用での声出しが義務付けられていたが、規制が緩和され徐々に歓声が戻ってきた。それを受けて、今まで通りにコンサートができる喜びを、感謝の言葉で届ける櫻井敦司の姿があった。9月17日・18日に彼らの故郷である群馬音楽センターで開催した「BUCK-TICK TOUR 2023 異空-IZORA- FINALO」を終え、デビュー36周年がスタートした。BUCK-TICKメンバー、そしてファンにとっても決して忘れることのできない2年間を、希少な映像とともにフィルムに焼き付けた。
